Talent Acquisition Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  
• Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  
• Support recruiters in the entire hiring cycle, from shortlisting to onboarding.
  
• Engage with candidates to build strong relationships and provide a smooth hiring experience.
  
• Participate in recruitment drives, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
