About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates fit for open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
• Support onboarding and smooth transition of new hires.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
• Experience hiring for [specify industry/domain, e.g., IT, Non-IT, Engineering, BFSI].
