Job Title: Talent Acquisition InternLocation: Saket (Onsite)Duration: 3 monthsWorking Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday (Second Saturdays off)About the Role:Acquisition InternKey Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and researching for potential exclusive across social media channels.Source talents using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.Conduct initial shortlisting based on brands requirements.Schedule and coordinate calls between Talents and Stakeholders .Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).Assist in building talent pipelines for future needs.Maintaining a healthy relationship with our Exclusive Talents.Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Comfortable with using LinkedIn and job posting platforms.A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.Should have their own system / laptopPreferred Skills:Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.Familiarity with ATS tools or HR software is a plus.Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.Exposure to employer branding and HR strategy.Networking opportunities within the HR and business community.Job Type: InternshipPay: ₹10,000.00 per monthkrishna@thepyromedia.com
