Job Description


·       Support hiring processes: sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing recruitment trackers

·       Coordinate onboarding processes: documentation, policy walkthroughs, and welcome kits

·       Track intern timelines, performance cycles, and stipend reports

·       Maintain attendance records, flag inconsistencies, and ensure work discipline

·       Assist in building a friendly, positive, and professional work culture

·       Organize small internal engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, etc.)

·       Keep all HR SOPs, trackers, and documents structured and up to date

·       Help founders with internal feedback loops, performance checks, and conflict resolutions
