Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the HR team in maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are up-to-date.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and share company information professionally.
Help organize and participate in recruitment drives, campus hiring events, and onboarding activities.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR records.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics.
Contribute to employer branding activities such as social media campaigns and content creation.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is an added advantage.
Eagerness to learn about recruitment processes and HR operations.
