Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and will offer the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

- Assist with creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms

- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent

- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Previous experience in a recruiting or HR role is a plus

- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus
