Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and will offer the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Assist with creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Previous experience in a recruiting or HR role is a plus
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus
