HR Intern Role HR Intern for Talent Acquisition- University relations and campus hiring Locations- Mumbai Duration - 6 Months Reporting to- Ops Manager Talent Acquisition and Client Relations Lead Responsibilities: Establish co-ordinates for different colleges and universities to build connections. Build Relationship with TPOs and Department Heads. Secure opportunities to host campus hiring events. Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for campus hiring programs. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance campus presence. Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring progress. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work remote be diligent and self-disciplined. This job requires you to meet college SPOCs in person and be on campus during hiring event.
