Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate database.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and status updates.
• Work on recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.

Who You Are:

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or a related field).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Passionate about people and hiring.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
