About Visit Health:

Visit Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on delivering comprehensive health and wellness solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate HR professionals to support our talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across departments (operations, support, customer care, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer release, and onboarding formalities
Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates on hiring status
Support walk-in drives and bulk hiring requirements as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 to 2 years of experience in
non-tech recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Experience in handling volume/bulk hiring is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
