Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning

    : Develop hiring plans, forecast staffing needs, and create long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Employer Branding

    : Lead initiatives to build a strong employer brand and motivate employees as brand ambassadors.
  • Sourcing & Attraction

    : Utilize job boards, social media, career fairs, and networks to attract candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management

    : Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer management.
  • Collaboration

    : Partner with hiring managers, HR, and external agencies to define roles and find the right fit.
  • Candidate Experience

    : Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the entire process, from application to onboarding.
  • Onboarding & Retention

    : Manage the onboarding process and implement strategies to improve employee retention and development.
  • Data & Reporting

    : Use metrics (KPIs) to analyze recruitment effectiveness, report to management, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership

    : Manage and mentor recruitment teams (in larger organizations).
