Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Title: White-Collar Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–6 Years

notice period: immediate joiner -15 days

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles such as:
• Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Project Coordinators
• HR, Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Admin
• Engineering, Operations Support, Shared Services roles
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit as per role and TRIGO standards.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Track candidate progress, follow up on interviews, offers, and joining status.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS data accurately.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, TATs, and quality standards.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders/clients.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant discipline
• Experience in staffing consultancy or in-house recruitment
• Exposure to manufacturing, quality, automotive, or engineering domains is a plus
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
