About the Role

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for sales & non-sales positions
  • Source candidates via

    LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & internal databases

  • Conduct initial screening & HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
  • Drive

    offer rollouts, follow-ups & joining closures

  • Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment reports
  • Support onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–4 years of experience in

    Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

  • Strong exposure to

    sales hiring

    (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with

    targets, timelines & multiple stakeholders

  • Immediate to short-notice joiners preferred
