Key responsibilities may include:

  3. Interviewing Candidates

  4. Coordinating with Hiring Managers

    : Working closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand the specific requirements for engineering roles and ensuring the right candidate is chosen.
  5. Managing the Hiring Process

    : Overseeing the full recruitment process, from first contact with candidates to offering them positions and negotiating salaries.
  6. Staying Up-to-Date on Industry Trends

    : Keeping current with the latest trends in engineering and technology to better understand the skills required for various roles.
  7. Candidate Experience

    : Ensuring that candidates have a positive experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
