Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across IT and non-IT domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• High-quality performance in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and align on job requirements, competencies, and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
• Analyze and optimize recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to drive continuous improvement and identify areas for process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies, enhancing the company's reputation and attracting top talent.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
