Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional with 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment to join our team in Chennai.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure a smooth interview process.
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process
