Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including hiring, IT recruitment, and collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements. The role involves developing and executing hiring strategies, promoting employer branding, and building strong candidate pipelines. Clear communication and maintaining a seamless recruitment process will be essential to successfully attract top-tier talent for various roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting skilled professionals across various roles
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal teams
• Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to attract top talent
• Expertise in IT Recruitment for roles requiring technical proficiency
• Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
