As an Executive Talent Acquisition at Square Yards, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to attract potential candidates through various channels such as social media networks and employee referrals. By ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent, you will contribute to building a robust talent pipeline.
