About the Role

Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for multiple roles across departments.
Manage job postings on portals and LinkedIn.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Maintain hiring trackers, ATS data, and recruitment reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
