Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
  • Handle hiring for IT positions including SAP and ERP roles
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers, and joining
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Experience in IT hiring; SAP or ERP hiring exposure preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements
