Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
Handle hiring for IT positions including SAP and ERP roles
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, offers, and joining
Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Experience in IT hiring; SAP or ERP hiring exposure preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements
