Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in IT staffing for

GCC clients. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals from India

for contract positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment,

understands GCC market dynamics, and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates within

tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC IT requirements: sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and closing.

Partner with TA managers to understand client needs and provide daily updates on

candidate pipelines.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, referrals, and

networking groups.

Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-demand IT skills (Java, Cloud,

Cybersecurity, Networking, SAP, etc.).

Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure alignment with GCC compensation

structures.

Track and achieve recruitment KPIs: submittals, interviews, offers, closures, and

revenue impact.

Maintain an updated candidate database/ATS to ensure quick turnaround on client

requirements.

Requirements:

0.6-1.6 years of IT recruitment experience in a staffing/consulting firm (not just

corporate HR).

Education Background: B.Tech/B.E(Non-Negotiable)
Proven track record in GCC IT hiring (contract staffing).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with expertise in Boolean searches and

multiple platforms.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under tight client deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ATS systems and recruitment dashboards.
Exposure to cross-border staffing (India GCC mobilisation).
