Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Malakpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and sourcing quality talent across various domains. You will play a key role in strengthening our hiring process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Use ATS/CRM tools to manage candidate information and recruitment workflow.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Execute recruitment campaigns for bulk hiring or niche roles as required.
• Track weekly/monthly recruitment metrics and generate reports.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (BPO/IT/Non-IT preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
• Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Familiarity with HR tools, ATS/CRM systems, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹11,164.33 - ₹25,000.00 per month
