Business Development Executive / Sales Consultant (IPO Services)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and tech-savvy Sales Professional who can connect with business owners and promoters, understand their financial goals, and offer customized IPO consultancy solutions.
The role involves both one-to-one and one-to-many presentations, strategic client engagement, and persistent follow-ups to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Meet and engage with business owners, promoters, and CXOs to present our IPO consultancy services.
● Deliver impactful individual and group presentations (online/offline).
● Understand client requirements and financial situations to offer tailored solutions.
● Consistently follow up and convert leads into successful client engagements.
● Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, documentation, and onboarding.
● Maintain CRM data for visibility and progress tracking.
● Represent the brand at industry events, networking meets, and webinars.
● Apply creative marketing ideas and modern tools (including AI-based tech) for outreach and client engagement.
Candidate Profile:
● Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration).
● Experience:
○ 2–6 years in B2B sales, financial services, investment advisory, or consulting.
○ Experience in dealing with SME owners, promoters, or decision-makers is highly desirable.
● Core Skills & Qualities:
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident in front of any audience.
○ Strong financial and business understanding.
○ Requirement and solution-driven approach — ability to understand pain points and propose effective strategies.
○ Highly focused, result-oriented, and self-driven.
○ Creative in marketing and adaptable to modern business practices.
○ Tech-proficient, including comfort with digital tools and AI applications.
○ Flexible to travel across India as required for business meetings, events, or presentations.
Location:
Noida Office (with travel across India as needed)
