Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles (especially sales, CRM, site roles)
• Handle job postings and employer branding across platforms
• Ensure timely documentation and smooth onboarding process
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies (if needed)
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Admin, or relevant field)
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (real estate or high-volume hiring preferred)
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Zimyo, Keka, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple open positions with urgency
• Strong understanding of real estate roles is a plus
