Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals,
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring roles.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
  
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.
  
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging recruitment experience.
  

Process & Compliance

• Draft and post engaging job descriptions on career portals and social platforms.
  
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports in ATS/HR systems.
  
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  

Vendor & Campus Engagement

• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies for specific roles.
  
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and networking events as required.
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in

  non-IT recruitment

  (preferably in retail)
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (job portals, LinkedIn, social media).
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in relationship building.
