We are looking for a motivated HR Executive – Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team and play a key role in our talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

 • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

 • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.

 • Handle employee onboarding formalities, maintain HR databases and documentation.

 • Support employee engagement and other HR operational activities.

 • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.

 • 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR.

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

 • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

 • Prior experience in the automobile sector will be an added advantage.
