Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Non-IT) who will be responsible for end-to-end bulk hiring for on-ground roles such as Sales and Logistics staff. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment and excellent stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Sales, Logistics, Field Operations, etc.) Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to meet business requirements within defined timelines. Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing. Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding. Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate closely with business teams to understand manpower needs. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in Non-IT or blue-collar recruitment (Sales, Logistics preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record in bulk/volume hiring.
