We are looking Talent Acquisition Executives for at various levels for our Consultancy based in Gurgaon,Sohna Road. Experience- Fresher (Female Preferred)

Work from Office Only.

Five Days Working (Monday to Friday)

Timing- 8.30 am-5.30 Pm

• As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be at the heart of our recruitment process, responsible for sourcing, attracting & hiring top talent across various role.
• Talent Sourcing, Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on the selection process.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage in proactive talent pipelining for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in understanding industry trends.
