About The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing player in the digital technology and services sector focused on delivering high-impact products and engineering talent across India. Operating in a competitive, candidate-driven market, the company invests in building scalable people processes and a high-performance culture to drive business growth.We are hiring an on-site Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end hiring across multiple tech and non-tech functions from our India offices.Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned verticalswrite compelling job briefs, source candidates, conduct screening interviews, coordinate interview rounds, and close offers.
  • Execute proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and community channels to build pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring timelines, selection criteria, and ensure alignment on candidate fit and priorities.
  • Drive candidate experience and employer brandensure timely communication, run structured interviews, provide feedback, and shorten time-to-offer.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance), and prepare hiring reports for leadership.
  • Lead offer negotiation, background & reference checks, and coordinate smooth handover to People Operations for onboarding and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 1 - 2 years of hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience in India, ideally within tech, product, or professional services.
  • Proven sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Experience using an ATS (e.g., Keka, Zoho Recruit) and tracking hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder managementability to influence hiring managers and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-care skills with a focus on delivering positive experience.
