Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and expectations.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Manage bulk hiring campaigns from start to finish.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (BPO hiring, mass recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, screening resumes, conducting interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates).
  • Proficiency in using various tools for sourcing profiles (job portals) is essential.
  • Willingness to contribute in other HR functions.
  • Immediate Joiner preferable.
