Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and expectations.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for open positions.
Manage bulk hiring campaigns from start to finish.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (BPO hiring, mass recruitment).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, screening resumes, conducting interviews.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates).
Proficiency in using various tools for sourcing profiles (job portals) is essential.
Willingness to contribute in other HR functions.
Immediate Joiner preferable.
