We’re looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication Create job postings and maintain candidate pipelines Use ATS and other tools to track metrics and improve processes Stay updated on recruitment trends Qualifications: Experience in HR recruiting or similar role Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS tools Bachelor’s degree preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
