Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
