SLooking for a highly experienced, result-driven, and dynamic Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruitment strategy and drive hiring efforts for both Software Development and BPO roles across both locations in India.
Develop and implement an aggressive and scalable hiring strategy designed to drive rapid, multifold workforce expansion, ensuring alignment with the companys ambitious growth trajectory and quick scaling objectives. Lead and manage a team of recruiters and managers, fostering a high-performance, winning culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and alignment with the strategic objectives of this role. Develop and implement a system-oriented approach to recruitment, ensuring processes are repeatable, scalable, and consistent while delivering measurable, result-driven outcomes aligned with organizational goals Partner with senior leadership to understand the companys strategic goals and align talent acquisition efforts accordingly. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Build strong employer brand and drive initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice. Ensure that our external communication is as per EVP and Corporate Communications. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously innovate our recruitment processes. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners as needed.
Skills and Experiences Minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition/ a mix of talent acquisition and HRBP, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable recruitment plans. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to influence; able to gain consensus and strong commitments for action. Teamwork: Promotes partnership by fostering a shared purpose, trust and teamwork across teams, businesses, functions, regions, and levels. Ability to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis. Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
