Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition - Client Management professional, based in Gurugram. The role involves managing full-life cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring recruitment goals are met effectively. The individual will contribute to employer branding efforts, collaborate with hiring teams, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates.

Qualifications

Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates efficiently
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting practices, including collaboration with hiring managers and developing recruitment strategies
Strong skills in Employer Branding and creating engaging content to attract talent
Expertise in Interviewing techniques and assessment of candidates
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience in client relationship management in a recruitment environment is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
