Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Analyst. The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for managing and implementing recruitment strategies, analyzing hiring metrics, and utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS) for tracking and reporting. The role includes administering employee benefits and supporting overall HR management activities to ensure efficient hiring processes. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Strong Analytical Skills Proficient in Power BI Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
