Role: TABP (Talent Acquisition – Business Partner)

Designation: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Department: Human Resources

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in HRBP / Talent Acquisition / Employee Engagement roles)

Role Overview

As a TABP-HR, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement and grievance management. This role offers the perfect blend of operational HR and people-centric initiatives, contributing to a vibrant and inclusive work culture at ProcMart. We are looking a person who ensure to take a employee first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for your regions.

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within timelines. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to ensure quality of hires.

  • Onboarding & Induction:

Plan and execute smooth onboarding for new joiners. Ensure positive first-day experience and timely completion of candidate documentation.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

Plan, organize, and execute monthly engagement and fun activities.

Drive Reward & Recognition (R&R) programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.

Create regional initiatives to strengthen employee belonging and motivation.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

Act as a trusted HR partner for employees for your regions, addressing queries and grievances proactively. Ensure a positive and transparent work environment aligned with company values.

Ensure attendance management for your employee base.

HR Operations Support:

Support HR policies implementation, MIS, and coordination for various HR initiatives.

Ensuring exit management and induction to be follow for your locations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBA must in Human Resources or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in HRBP, TA, or engagement roles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for building people-centric programs.

• Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and team spirit.
