Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of Tableau developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.
Manage project timelines, resource planning, task allocation, and delivery quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, business stakeholders, and product owners.
Drive best practices around visualization standards, UI/UX for dashboards, and governance processes.

8–10 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization roles.
Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and analytical thinking.
Hands-on experience with
QlikView or Qlik Sense
, including expression writing and data model understanding.
Proven experience in
migrating Qlik dashboards to Tableau
.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
