Business Development Executive - Recruitment

The role based in Panaji, Goa is a Full-time position where you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager/ Head of Operations in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Indian recruitment market. Your key duties will include assisting in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, researching market trends and potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to contribute to effective client acquisition and retention strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and business solutions to prospective clients. It is essential to work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets under the guidance of the Business Development Manager/ Head of Operations while staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field and have 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development/Sales role. A basic understanding of the Indian recruitment market is required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
