As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality dashboards and reports to help drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.Transform raw data into actionable insights for business users.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.Integrate data from various sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, web services) into Tableau.Perform data cleaning, data transformations, and aggregations for accurate analysis.Ensure the accuracy of the data and reports by conducting thorough testing.Optimize Tableau workbooks and data models for performance and scalability.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality and access management.Provide Tableau training and support to end users.Stay updated on new Tableau features and best practices to improve development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
4 years of experience in Tableau Development.Strong proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing Tableau dashboards.Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for creating data connections.Good understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques.Knowledge of Tableau Server or Tableau Online.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
