Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to head our recruitment function, overseeing the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across business units. The role requires deep expertise in strategic hiring, leadership acquisition, operational excellence, and stakeholder partnership in a high-growth, fast-paced B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Planning

 Drive the annual manpower planning process in alignment with business objectives for both online and offline operations.

Collaborate with CXOs and Business Heads to define organization structure, workforce planning, and hiring strategy.

 Build proactive sourcing and talent mapping plans for future organizational needs.

 Adjust sourcing strategies dynamically based on changing business demands.

2. Leadership Hiring

 Lead senior and executive-level hiring mandates across functions.

 Manage the full lifecycle of leadership hiring from sourcing to onboarding.

 Utilize executive search networks and methodologies to engage top-tier talent.

3. Operational Excellence

 Ensure timely and cost-efficient hiring by tracking funnel metrics and conversion analytics.

 Standardize hiring processes through structured interview frameworks, rubrics, and debriefing systems.

 Improve key metrics such as Time-to-Hire (TAT), Offer-to-Join ratios, and recruiter productivity.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience  Strengthen employer brand across targeted sectors (EdTech, Internet, Retail).

 Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with our #CreateVOW culture.

 Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute employer branding campaigns.

5. Stakeholder Management & Governance

 Partner with CXOs, Business Leaders, and HRBPs to deliver aligned hiring outcomes.

 Present monthly hiring dashboards, insights, and pipeline analytics to leadership.

 Monitor and optimize vendor performance, recruiter productivity, and cost-per-hire.
