Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Recruiter with expertise in international hiring and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, driving end-to-end hiring processes (both individual and bulk/team hiring), and ensuring timely talent acquisition to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Drive end-to-end recruitment for international roles across different geographies (US, UK, UAE, etc.).

Handle both individual hiring and bulk/team hiring requirements.

Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms.

Conduct screening, interviews, and evaluation of candidates.

Coordinate with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Mentor and support junior recruiters to enhance team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Up to 3 years of recruitment experience, including international hiring.

Prior exposure to team handling/mentoring is preferred.

Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes, time zones, and cultural aspects.

Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and professional networking platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
