  • Onboarding:

    • Oversee the entire employee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into the bank.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management:

    • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
  • Employee Engagement & Development:

    • Educate staff on bank policies and procedures.
    • Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting:

    • Conduct thorough manpower planning and budgeting analysis to align with business requirements.

Preferred Candidate

  • Minimum 2 Years of experience in Microfinance Industry.
