The Environment Manager is responsible for managing and supporting IT environments across projects, ensuring they are stable, secure, and fit for purpose. This includes coordinating with internal teams and vendors, maintaining systems, and handling both production and non-production environments.
Manage and resolve IT environment issues across production and test systems.
Support testing and release activities by ensuring environment availability.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Perform environment housekeeping, including user and service account maintenance.
Manage patching (Wintel, Solaris) and support DR activities.
Handle capacity planning, vulnerability management, and tech refreshes.
Maintain environment documentation and trackers.
Generate monthly service and compliance reports.
Conduct control testing and ensure process compliance.
Manage CyberArk accounts and password policies.
Monitor batch jobs and maintain system stability.
Experience in IT environment management or infrastructure support.
Knowledge of patching, capacity planning, and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and CyberArk.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Customer-focused with good incident management skills.
