Systems Support Analyst

Responsibilities: As a systems analyst, you'll typically need to:

● Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via Zoho Desk in a timely manner and in line with SLAs.

● Troubleshoot and escalate incidents to the line manager and the 3rd line teams.

● Provide remote technical assistance for computer, software, and SaaS issues.

● Build and maintain IT Knowledgebase and assets. Requirements:

● Good communication, written and verbal skills with 3+ years of experience as a systems/network administrator.

● Good understanding of Infrastructure and Networks.

● Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS.

● Exposure to Microsoft Windows Server technologies.

● Solid understanding of Active Directory in a Microsoft Windows environment, e.g., user creation and management.

● Comfortable in the use of Microsoft Exchange & 365 both for user creation and troubleshooting.

● Common applications, e.g., EPC, remote control, web browsers etc.

● Basic TCP/IP & networking knowledge. (IP configuration, subnets, DHCP, DNS)

● Supported PC and peripheral hardware.

● Remote working technologies.

● Call logging and helpdesk systems, preferably Zoho Desk.

● Firewall implementation and configuration.

● Server and PC hardware and Voice/mobile systems.

● A hands-on, good problem solver with excellent communication skills.

● The ability to work under pressure with strong interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.

● Strong understanding of both macOS X and Windows Operating Systems

● Computer management using a tool such as JAMF and/or Intune

● Experience managing some of the following products

● Google workspace

● Office 365

● MS Teams, Slack

● Sophos/ ESET/ SentinelOne

● Ability to provide quality technical support, attention to detail, and a positive customer service attitude

● Good communication skills

● A collaborative attitude

● Strong attention to detail, along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality

● A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects

● Certifications and continuing education preferred Qualifications:

B.Tech or equivalent degree in IT or computer science.

Certifications: Any systems/IT-related certifications are preferred.

IT Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
