We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Systems / Network / Cloud Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building and managing infrastructure, optimizing network systems, and working with cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain systems that ensure high performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
Support network and cloud operations, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud environments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and patch management across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
Assist with the management and maintenance of backup and disaster recovery systems.
Provide support for troubleshooting incidents, ensuring timely resolution of network and system issues.
Ensure network and system security, including firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention, and regular security audits.
Document processes, network configurations, and system designs to maintain clear and organized records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in network/system administration or cloud technologies are a plus (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
0–7 years of experience in systems, network, or cloud engineering (internship or project experience counts).
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and network management tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong understanding of cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
