Job Description

Level: L2+L3

L2: Diagnose and rectify any virus/malware/spyware problems which can be fixed by the antivirus tool.
Managing central AV servers
Taking precautionary actions in terms of definition file updates and interim solutions released during the high alert situations
Troubleshooting virus related incidents
Necessary support for restoration or drill
Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
Reinstallations raise due to incidents
Incident Request fulfilment Change management
Regular monitoring of update of antivirus signatures on all in scope devices.
Discovering of the devices on central AV console
Remove virus from in scope devices.
Escalation and coordination with principles for problem resolution
Recommendation of Antivirus Policies
Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
Repeat Incident Alert AnalysisPerformance tuning suggest by OEM
Update and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
Preparing, maintaining and updating of SOP and KBase
Maintaining and Update of Infra AS IS Infra Documents
Incident Problem Change management
Malware detection and scan/monitoring
