Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Monitor and verify the operational status of Citrix NetScaler appliances .
Check and analyze CPU, memory, and resource utilization to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure all NetScaler services are up and running.
Perform detailed health checks for application delivery services.
Analyze performance metrics, logs, and reports to identify issues and trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve L3-level incidents related to load balancing, SSL, and application access.
Work closely with network and system teams to maintain high availability and security.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
Expertise in system and application security operations
Experience performing health checks and performance analysis
Ability to troubleshoot complex L3 issues independently
Excellent documentation and incident management skills
