Hiring: Production Support Engineer / SRE / Devops Engineer (4 Years Experience) – Pune

Production Support Engineer / SRE

🔧 Role & Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the
Production Environment
.
Define strategies for
Application Performance Monitoring & Optimization
.
Respond to
Incidents
, perform root cause analysis, and drive incident reduction.
Support code deployments across
lower environments
and push automation improvements.
Design, develop, and standardize
Monitoring & Alerting
for critical applications.
Troubleshoot across the
full technology stack
to reduce MTTR during production events.
Participate across the
service lifecycle
—design to deployment to ongoing maintenance.
Provide ITSM insights and feedback to development teams for resiliency improvements.
Conduct
capacity planning, launch reviews, and system design consultations
.
Support and validate the
CI/CD pipeline
, ensuring smooth releases and best practices.
Monitor system
availability, latency, performance, and overall health
.
Drive
scalable automation
to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
Work with global distributed teams across time zones.
Participate in
on-call rotation
and occasional off-hours support.

🛠 Requirements

Experience with
MTF/Prod Deployments
Maintenance tasks (start/stop services, DR activities)
Monitoring & alert handling
TRT support
Incident creation & RCA
Change Requests (CR) management
Hands-on experience with
Remedy
or similar ticketing tools

⭐ Must-Have Skills

Linux
Shell Scripting
ITIL / ITSM
SQL (Basic)
Application Troubleshooting
Monitoring Tools:
Splunk / Dynatrace
(preferred)
Jenkins (CI/CD)
Groovy Scripting / YAML
Git / Bitbucket (Basic)
