Company: Cyient Ltd --- Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Engineering Lead to drive the technical development and integration of complex electronic systems. This role will involve leading a team of engineers, defining system architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge electronic solutions across various industries. Job Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of electronics system engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. * Define, develop, and document system architectures for complex electronic products, ensuring adherence to requirements, performance, and cost targets. * Translate customer requirements and high-level concepts into detailed system specifications, functional blocks, and interface control documents. * Oversee the entire system lifecycle, from concept and design through development, integration, testing, and deployment. * Conduct trade-off analyses, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform design decisions and optimize system performance. * Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability. * Develop and implement robust verification and validation strategies, including test plans, procedures, and reports. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in system engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.

* Lead proposals for new product development for electronic product/system
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in electronics and system engineering. * Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Total 15+ years of experience

* 10+ years of progressive experience in system engineering, with a strong focus on electronics design and integration.

* Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams for 3 years or more
* Expertise in defining and documenting system architectures, requirements, and interfaces. * Strong understanding of various electronic components, circuits, and communication protocols (e.g., analog, digital, RF, power electronics). * Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, LTSpice, PSpice). * Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance for electronic systems.

* Experience in preparing cost effective product proposal for new opportunities
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
