Job Description

Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Conduct performance and capacity analysis to ensure system reliability.
Install, configure, and maintain core infrastructure components (Virtual Servers, VDI, IP Telephony, Backup Systems, Microsoft/Unix/Linux Servers).
Manage and update technical documentation for IT systems and processes.
Perform system upgrades, patching, and security hardening.
Support
cloud migration
and hybrid infrastructure initiatives.
Participate in Disaster Recovery drills and Business Continuity planning.
Research and recommend new technologies for system optimization.
Act as
L2/L3 escalation
for technical issues, collaborating with IT and regional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in
Windows and Citrix infrastructure
.
Strong knowledge of
virtualization technologies
.
MCSA or Microsoft Certified Engineer certification.
Familiarity with networking concepts, backup/replication solutions, and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
Experience with
Azure
and
O365
platforms (advantageous).
Strong system and network monitoring skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
High sense of responsibility and service ownership.
